Being the court report for the Court of Their Royal Majesties, Morguhn II and Meirwen II, King and Queen of Æthelmearc, with Their Excellencies, Fridrikr and Orianna, Baron and Baroness of Thescorre, in attendance. Gravina Elina Einarsdottir was appointed Æthelmearc Hounds Mistress by the Crown, and under that office the Queen recognized a Canine College, with His Excellency, Master Devon of Thescorre as its Head, at the request of Her Excellency. The Hounds Mistress, and her deputy, the Head of the Canine College, will work under the Office of the Kingdom Minister of Arts and Sciences.
