Being the court of Their Sylvan Majesties Andrew and Alexandra held on the 10th day of November, AS XXXVI, C .E. 2001 in Their Shire of Sunderoak at the Celtic New Year Celebration. Court Herald Lady Deirdre ingean Brian Dhomhnaill.

THL Vivienne Marie de Beauvais was called before Their Majesties and asked if she wished to sit vigil for elevation to the Order of the Pelican, she agreed.

Their Majesties called The Order of the Pelican into court and instructed them to take THL Vivienne to a place they have prepared for her vigil. The visitation schedule was announced. Court was suspeded to resume in the evening.

l. A moment of reflection was observed to honor the life and service of Lord Meurig ap Llywelyn, Exchequer and Founding Seneschal of the Shire of Coombe Petroc.

2. Mistress Rose Marian of Edgewater swore an oath of fealty to the Crown.

3. Kiernan McKenna of the Barony of the Bridge in the Kingdom of the East presented greetings to Their Royal Magesties from the populace of his barony and Their Magesties of the East.

4. Laochlain Silverwolf was awarded Arms. Scroll illuminated by Lady Keran Roslin calligraphy by Lady Hrefna in heppna Thorgrimsdottir.

5. Ce'tach Fitzgibbon [was] awarded Arms. Scroll a work in progress by THLady Tessa the Huntress.

6. Juan Miguel was inducted into the Order of the Keystone. Scroll calligraphy and illumination by Lady Talisidhe of the Greenwood

7. The autocrats of the event were called forward: Gabriella d'Asti and Sabina of Kilkenny who, with Their Royal Majesties' permission called forward the marshals of the tournaments that took place that day: Lord Dioloch MacAree who identified the team of THLord Isenwulf Thorolfsonne, THLord Tarl Shadowraven, and Lord Georg Eisenfaust as winners of the heavy weapons melee. Lord Colin MacWilliams presented the winner of the fencing tournament Don Morguhn Sheridan, and second-place, Don Corwyn Montgomery. Lady Miraud d'Avignon identified as winner of the archery toumament Bataar Sogdo. Lady Anna Eisenkopf noted that Michael of Lakenheath placed first in [the] thrown weapons tournament and Alex of Coppertree was recognized for the highest score for a first time thrower. In addition, Lady Anna Oftderturm acknowledged the fine A&S entries and noted that THL Constance Waite was voted best entry. All participants in the day's activities, the winners and the Autocrats and their staff were acknowledged and cheered.

8. Rurik Longsword was inducted into the Order of the Keystone. Scroll by Lady Maeve Ronan.

9. A list of backlogged scrolls was read: Baldwin of Hillshire, Azura, Gwendolyn, Fiana Harper, Jonathan Ragnarsson, Cygnus the Blissful, Graidhne ni Ruaidh, Tyra Sylvashe, Angus the Red, Alaric von Koningsburg, Madeline de Louve, Chistabella Ivory and Efron le Fey. l l. Baron Aquilla and Baroness Aelfra of St. Swithins Bog accepted recognition for Lord John the Brewer as Grand Master Bowman.

l2. Sabina of Kilkenny was inducted into the Order of the Millrind, and granted Arms. Scroll calligraphy and illumination by Syr Malcolm Mac Eoghainn.

13. The Order of the Pelican was called into court. THL Vivienne Marie de Beauvais was called in and questioned as to her desire to be elevated to a position in the Order. She agreed and speaking on her behalf were Duke Sir Morghun Sheridan, Duchess Sir Rowan de la Garnison, Master Will Langdon of Greymorne, and Dame Caitlin Parry, speaking the words of Master Fridrikr Tomasson who was unable to attend. She was elevated to the Order of the Pelican and awarded Arms by letter patent. Scroll by Lady Roberta McMoreland.
