Being the report for the Court of Their Royal Majesties Christopher and Maurya, King and Queen of Æthelmearc, with Their Excellencies, Ryan and Jennet, Baron and Baroness of Delftwood.  Court held on the field during the Rose Royal Tournament on July 12th, AS 38 (2003) in Their Barony of Delftwood at Hare-Raising Hounds.  Giulietta da Venezia, Reporting Herald, with the assistance of Fridrikr Tomasson.

Marcus von Bergen was awarded arms on the field for the martial prowess he displayed that day, as well as upon several other occasions.  No scroll was present.
