Being the report for the Evening Court of His Royal Majesty Henri, Roi d’Æthelmearc.  Court held on November 22nd, AS 38 (2003) at the Fiber, Fabric & Fighting event in His Shire of Nithgaard.  Giulietta da Venezia, Reporting Herald, with the assistance of Gilles de Beauchamps.
 
Brad Boda d’Aylward was made a Companion of the Keystone for his service and leadership, especially as Æthelmearc Combat Archery Commander.  Scroll by Æryck Blackhart.
 
Caitlin Svensdottir was made a Companion of the Keystone and awarded arms for her service as dancemistress, Minister of Arts & Sciences, organizer of events, practices and music revels, and for providing accommodations for out-of-town guests.  No scroll was present.
 
Robert of Guildford was made a Companion of the Keystone for his service as Castellan and tollner, and for teaching about medieval life, particularly at demos.  Scroll by Portia de Sancto Lucianno.
 
Etain inghean Ruaidhri was made a Companion of the Sycamore and awarded arms for assiduously practicing every art form under the sun.  Scroll by Vivienne of Yardley.
 
Egill the Dane was made a Companion of the Sycamore for his skill at brewing, making cordials, and knots and ropework.  Scroll by Aileanor Russeal.
 
Thorvaldr Frisverth was made a Companion of the Golden Alce for having fought with the armies of the Mountain Confederation and Æthelmearc for more than twenty years.  Scroll by Talisidhe of the Greenwood.
 
Ambrosius MacDaibhidh was made a Companion of the Millrind and granted arms for his service as fighter, archer, musician, Seneschal and marshal, and for being a driving force within Nithgaard.  Scroll by Æryck Blackhart.
 
Aileanor Russeal was made a Companion of the Fleur d’Æthelmearc and granted arms for her skill at the scribal arts and bookbinding.  Promissory scroll by Roberta McMoreland.
 
His Majesty asked that the teachers who had traveled from other Kingdoms attend him.  He then presented Her Ladyship, Emmelyne de Marksbury (Middle), Lady Alistrina de Mann (East), Lord Haraldr Bassi (East), Mistress Thora Sharptooth (East) and Lady Caterina Lucrezia da Bergamo (Atlantia) tokens of His esteem and gratitude for their service to our Kingdom (and their own).
 
His Majesty invited any final candidates for the Sylvan Bard competition to perform for the populace at feast.
