report for the Afternoon Court of His Royal Majesty Henri, Roi
d’Æthelmearc,
with His Excellency, Oeric, Baron of Delftwood in attendance. Court held on February 21st, AS 38 (2004) at
the Feast of the Seven Deadly Sins in His Barony of Delftwood.

His Majesty gave
His Excellency leave to hold his Baronial Court.
Eldjarn of
Thescorre was awarded arms for his skill in scribal arts, and for
making site
tokens and serving at troll and cleanup crew at events.

clothing and garb, and for teaching others.

Their
Excellencies, Sir Yngvar the Dismal and Caryl Olesdottir were invited
into His
Majesty’s presence. After speaking with
greatest reverence upon the inspiration they provided for His Majesty
as well
as for many other Subjects of the Crown, His Majesty bestowed Kingdom
Augmentations of Arms upon them. Scroll

His Majesty
asked to be attended by the Companions of the Most Noble Order of the
Laurel. He asked whether they had
complied with his direction to counsel the gentle who sat vigil that
day; they
replied in the affirmative. He then
summoned THLady Honnoria of Thescorre into His Presence, and asked her
if it
was her wish to continue with the ceremony.
Honnoria having answered in the affirmative, His Majesty then
heard the
counsel of Mistress Cori Ghora; Their Excellencies, Susan of Fox Meadow
and
Rosalinde Ashworthe; Her Grace, Syr Rowan de la Garnisson and Her
Excellency,
Mistress Michaele del Vaga. His Majesty
then placed upon Honnoria the regalia of the Order.
He asked two Peers from the Kingdom of Meridies to stand, being
Mistresses Christianna nac Grain and Irene von Schmetterling, and
thanked them
for helping to guide Honnoria on her path toward becoming a Peer of
Æthelmearc. His Majesty then
received
Honnoria’s Oath of Fealty, and created her a Mistress of the Laurel. Scroll by THLady Antoinette de la Croix with

At the request
of the Companions of the Order of the Laurel, the populace serenaded
Her
Excellency, Mistress Michaele del Vaga, and wished her well on her
birthday,
two days early.
