Being the report for the Afternoon Court of His Royal Majesty Henri, Roi d’Æthelmearc, with His Excellency, Oeric, Baron of Delftwood in attendance.  Court held on February 21st, AS 38 (2004) at the Feast of the Seven Deadly Sins in His Barony of Delftwood.  Giulietta da Venezia, Reporting Herald, with the assistance of Lord Christopher Harper and His Excellency, Master Fridrikr Tomasson av Knusslig Hamn.
 
His Majesty gave His Excellency leave to hold his Baronial Court.
 
Eldjarn of Thescorre was awarded arms for his skill in scribal arts, and for making site tokens and serving at troll and cleanup crew at events.  Scroll illuminated by Lady Pleasance de Coignieres with the help of Lady Una de St. Luc, calligraphed by THL Roberta McMorland, with acrostic alliteration by Lady Bryn ni Mac Rose.
 
Rundwulf was awarded arms for his skill at the arts martial, and for his service to his local group and the Kingdom.  Scroll illuminated by Lady Krystal and calligraphed by Lady Mea the Bold.
 
Adelheidis Spatauf was awarded arms for her quiet support of her lord, her Barony and her Kingdom.  Promissory scroll by Her Excellency, Yekaterina Volkova.
 
Thyri Erilsdottir was awarded arms for her assistance with fencing, promotion of archery, making of arrows, and her work in kitchens and at troll.  Scroll by Lady Portia de Sancto Lucianno.
 
William fitzWilliam was awarded arms for his skill at heavy weapons combat, and his gentle and courteous nature.  Scroll illuminated by Gwenfar of Delftwood with text by THLady Gwendolyn the Graceful.
 
Ketil lod Inkinni was awarded arms for his skill at the arts martial, and for his helpfulness with many tasks.  Scroll illuminated by Fenris McGill with text by THLady Gwendolyn the Graceful.
 
Fenris McGill received the scroll commemmorating her appointment as Seamstress to the Eastern Crown during the Reign of Andreas and Isabella.  Scroll illuminated by Gilliane MGill de Verona and calligraphed by Juliana Stafford.
 
Mattea di Luna was awarded arms for her skill at scribal arts, and for her modest and kindly nature.  Scroll illuminated by a Delftwood scribe and calligraphed by Lady Sofie Davenport.
 
Don Alden Kerr was made a Companion of the Sycamore for his research and craftsmanship of clothing and garb, and for teaching others.  Scroll illuminated by Lady Una de St. Luc with text by THLady Gwendolyn the Graceful.
 
Captain John Michael Thorpe was made a Companion of the Sycamore for his skill at smithing, metalcrafting and making jewelry.  Scroll by Lady Alessandra Bentivegna de Faenza, called Yasmina.
 
Lady Alheydis von Korckhingen was made a Companion of the Sycamore for her skill at scribal arts, vocal heraldry, and instrumental music.  Scroll drawn by Lady Pleasance de Coignieres and painted by Lady Una de St. Luc with text by THLady Gwendolyn the Graceful.
 
Jaime of Delftwood was made a Companion of the Silver Alce for his prowess in rapier combat.  Scroll illuminated by Lady Gilliana McGill de Vergia and calligraphed by Mistress Alicia Langland with text by THLady Gwendolyn the Graceful.
 
Alessandra Bentivegna de Faenza, called Yasmina was made a Companion of the Golden Alce for her prowess upon the rapier field.  Scroll by Her Excellency, Juliana Richenda Trevain.
 
Michael Gladewyn was made a Companion of the Golden Alce for his skill at rapier combat, and for teaching young combatants.  Scroll by Lady Portia de Sancto Lucianno.
 
Sir Murdoch Bayne was made a Companion of the Cornelian for his exemplary courtesy.  Promissory scroll in period tinctures (tenne on Or) by Her Excellency, Yekaterina Volkova.
 
Their Excellencies, Sir Yngvar the Dismal and Caryl Olesdottir were invited into His Majesty’s presence.  After speaking with greatest reverence upon the inspiration they provided for His Majesty as well as for many other Subjects of the Crown, His Majesty bestowed Kingdom Augmentations of Arms upon them.  Scroll texts by Her Excellency, Mistress Achren of the Debatable Lands, calligraphy and illumination by THLady Giulietta da Venezia.
 
His Majesty asked to be attended by the Companions of the Most Noble Order of the Laurel.  He asked whether they had complied with his direction to counsel the gentle who sat vigil that day; they replied in the affirmative.  He then summoned THLady Honnoria of Thescorre into His Presence, and asked her if it was her wish to continue with the ceremony.  Honnoria having answered in the affirmative, His Majesty then heard the counsel of Mistress Cori Ghora; Their Excellencies, Susan of Fox Meadow and Rosalinde Ashworthe; Her Grace, Syr Rowan de la Garnisson and Her Excellency, Mistress Michaele del Vaga.  His Majesty then placed upon Honnoria the regalia of the Order.  He asked two Peers from the Kingdom of Meridies to stand, being Mistresses Christianna nac Grain and Irene von Schmetterling, and thanked them for helping to guide Honnoria on her path toward becoming a Peer of Æthelmearc.  His Majesty then received Honnoria’s Oath of Fealty, and created her a Mistress of the Laurel.  Scroll by THLady Antoinette de la Croix with text by Her Excellency, Daedra McBeth a Gryphon.
 
At the request of the Companions of the Order of the Laurel, the populace serenaded Her Excellency, Mistress Michaele del Vaga, and wished her well on her birthday, two days early.
