Being
the Report of the Court of Their Royal Majesties, Rurik and
Angelik, King and Queen of Æthelmearc.
Court held on September 25, AS 39 (2004) at the Siege of
Glengary in
Their Shire of Sylvan Glen. Giulietta da Venezia, Reporting
Herald, with the assistance of Lady Sara de Lindley and Katerina the
Red,
Silent Heralds.
Their
Majesties received the Oath of Fealty of Tomas and Rowan, Baron and
Baroness of Blackstone Mountain. Their
Excellencies also presented gifts to Their Majesties.
Alexandra
of Wulfgard announced the winners of the day’s Arts and Sciences
competition. Rachael Wulfricsdottir and
Rachel de Haan won the childrens’ category, Matthias Kotok won the
youth
category, and Valgardr Gunnarsson won the adult category.
Wulfric
Grimbeald announced the winners of the Youth Combat tourneys. R.J, of Sylvan Glen was victorious in
Division 1, Magnus Thorgardsson was victorious in Division 2 and Devon
was
victorious in Division 3.
Grim
the Halfdane was awarded arms for his work with the Youth Combat
program,
and especially for his generosity in creating and donating weapons and
pieces
of armor for the program. No scroll was
present.
Juliana
Delamere declared that Bjorn Ketilsson had won the day’s Thrown Weapons
contest.
Rachael
Wulfricsdottir was made a Companion of the Silver Buccle for her
participation in youth martial activities and for her help with Shire
bake

Bjorn
Wulfricsson was made a Companion of the Silver Buccle for his help with

Ormalfrson was awarded arms for his skills at woodworking and

Wyn was awarded arms for her years of splendid service to her Shire and

Minister of Lists and autocrat, for helping set up for events, and for
assisting the Shire seneschal with various duties.
