Being the Report of the First Court of Their Royal Majesties, Malcolm and Tessa, King and Queen of Æthelmearc, with His Majesty, Gaufred Kelson, King of the East; Their Majesties, Alaric and Noelle, King and Queen of the Middle; Their Majesties, Robert and Denise, King and Queen of Atlantia and Their Excellencies, Tomas and Rowan, Baron and Baroness of Blackstone Mountain in attendance.  Court held on April 23, AS 39 (2005) at Their Coronation in Their Barony of Blackstone Mountain.  Giulietta da Venezia, Reporting Herald, with the assistance of THLord Cadell Blaidd du.

Lady Ingilborg Sigmundardóttir presented greetings from Their Majesties, Direk and Chamayn, King and Queen of Caid, and personal gifts from herself to Their Majesties.

His Excellency, Master Charles O’Connor presented an arrow of his own making to Their Majesties, Alaric and Noelle, King and Queen of the Middle, in token of Æthelmearc’s pledge to stand by the side of the Middle Kingdom in the upcoming Great Pennsic War.

Zhang Ming Li was awarded arms for her service at events and for creating favors for the Middle Kingdom’s Coronation.  Scroll by Date Genshiro Toshinobu.

Arnthora Bear was awarded arms for her Viking-era research, for her service as tollner and in kitchens, and for her skill in costuming.  Scroll scrivened by Laird Wulfric Grimbeald and limned by Lady Marija Kotok.

Isabella fitz Randolph was awarded arms in absentia for her assistance with research and her skills in costuming.  Scroll by Their Excellencies, Daniel Lightfoot and Una the Bashful.

Dagr Gylinder was awarded arms for his service as tollner and security officer for events, and for his skill at etching glass.  Scroll scrivened by Her Grace, Anna Blackleaf and limned by Niccola di Cristiano.

Grimarr Bjorn was awarded arms for his service at events and for his skill at making leather armor.  Scroll scrivened by Her Grace, Anna Blackleaf and limned by Niccola di Cristiano.

Isabel of Sherwood was awarded arms for her service in kitchens, her work with children, and her skill at archery.  Scroll scrivened by Lady Mea the Bold and limned by Lady Marija Kotok.

Lazarus was awarded arms for his service above and beyond the call of duty as part of the Blackstone Raid “goon squad.”  Scroll by Her Grace, Anna Blackleaf.

The Southern Watch presented the symbol of their Company, a pin bearing the image of a dogwood blossom, to Her Majesty.

Magnus Thorgardson was made a Companion of the Silver Buccle for his skill in crafting chain mail and his prowess at heavy weapons combat.  Scroll scrivened by THLady George Anne and limned by Lady Marija Kotok.

Juliana Rosara was made a Companion of the Silver Buccle for her service as tollner, kitchen staff and server, and for her smiling, cheerful nature.  Scroll scrivened by Lady Mea the Bold and limned by Lady Nivah Catherine Rose.

Draven the Fang was made a Companion of the Silver Buccle for his service as a feast server and helper to anyone in need of assistance, and especially for his aid in building the Wickerman.  Two scrolls were present:  The first, scrivened by THLady George Anne and limned by Lady Marija Kotok; the second by Lady Reah Brecc.

 
Lord Terrance Merrit McKlay and Lord Daniel MacCaulaeigh were invested as Members of Her Majesty’s Guard.

Lady Silence de Cherbourg announced the finalists in the Sylvan Bard competition:  Helene al-Zarqa, Master Michael McPhe, called Alewright and THLord Cadell Blaidd du.

Their Majesties received Master Jean Paul of the Middle Kingdom.  He presented Them a gift of thirty garnets, to be given to the Jewels of Æthelmearc, past, present and future.

His Majesty, Robert, King of Atlantia commended his former subject THLord Magnus Tindal, who has recently relocated to our fair Kingdom, to Their Majesties, and asked Magnus to serve Their Majesties of Æthelmearc as well as he had served Him.
