Shire of Heronter
Being
the Report of the Court of Their Royal Majesties, Malcolm and Tessa,
King and
Queen of Æthelmearc. Court held on
April 30, AS 39 (2005) at the Royal Champions event in Their Shire of
Herontir. Giulietta da Venezia,

The Shire of Herontir presented a gift of 500 “pieces of gold” to the
Incipient
Shire of Blackwater.
The Companions of the Order of the White Scarf presented a White Scarf
to Her
Majesty, as is their custom. Her
Majesty averred that She would be very pleased to wear it in their
honor.
Tronose Modoc was made a Companion of the Sycamore for his skill at
woodworking, leatherworking, and chainmail.

Lodhinn Vikarsson was made a Companion of the Sycamore for his skill at
sewing,

Ciaran Islwyn was made a Companion of the Keystone for his many years
of
service at demonstrations and as dancemaster, and especially for his
tireless
service in making the site for the day’s event pleasant and habitable
for one

Their Majesties directed Brocc Huntington to present himself before
Them at his
earliest convenience.
His Majesty named His Grace, Sir Morguhn Sheridan the Kingdom Heavy
Weapons

Her Majesty thanked His Excellency, Quinn Kerr for his service as
Queen’s
Rapier Champion, and named Don Christian Amaury de Launey the new
Queen’s

Their Majesties summoned Their Order of the Millrind before Them. They remarked that there were not nearly
enough Companions of the Order, and opined that one more should be
added. The order agreed, whereupon Their
Majesties
summoned Marguerite de la Marche into Their Presence, created her a
Companion
of the Order of the Millrind, and granted her arms.

His Majesty asked Sir Finn Marland O’Shannon to summon his assistants,
and to
bring a certain man before Him. With
the able assistance of Sir Kadan Chakilghan and THLord Georg
Eisenfaust, His
Excellency, Barak Elandris Bear the Wallsbane was brought before Their
Majesties. They spoke of his many years
of service and dedication to the Realm from its infancy, and of the
pride and
honor with which Bear had worn his belt and chain for some fifteen
years. They then granted Bear a Kingdom
Augmentation of Arms. Scroll

Their Majesties asked Katherine, the Princess Royale and her friend,
Allyssa
von Stahlgeist to distribute Her Majesty’s favor to those present who
had not
yet received one.
Their Majesties thanked the Mistresses of the Lists for their kind
assistance
during the day, and thanked everyone for attending the event and making
it a
very festive occasion despite the inclemency of the weather.
The Court of Their Majesties was closed.
