Being the Report of the Court of Her
Majesty, Tessa, Queen of Æthelmearc. Court held
August 9, AS 41 (2006) upon the Anniversary of His Excellency,
Sir Haakon's Bardic Circle in the Æthelmearc Royal
Encampment. Giulietta da Venezia, Herald.
Her Majesty spoke of a gentle man who had long given of himself
in service to his Kingdom, and whom She wished to
recognize. Her Majesty asked Boris Dragons Bane to attend
Her, and then asked His Excellency, Sir Haakon Oaktall, for
assistance in speaking words of praise on Boris' behalf.
Being much moved by all She had heard, Her Majesty then created
Boris Dragons Bane a Baron of the Court of Æthelmearc, and
