Twelfth Night
Barony of St. Swithin's Bog
Being the Report of the Court of Their Majesties, Christopher and
Morgen, King and Queen of Æthelmearc, with Their Highnesses,
Rurik and Angelik, Prince and Princess of Æthelmearc and
Their Excellencies, Quinn and Vivienne, Baron and Baroness of St.
Swithin's Bog in attendance. Court held on January 20, AS
41 (2007), at Æthelmearc Twelfth Night in Their Barony of
St. Swithin's Bog. Giulietta da Venezia, Reporting Herald.
Their Majesties gave Their Excellencies leave to hold their
Baronial Court.
Lord Corwin ap Nennius, called the Dirge, noted that he had in
his possession certain regalia more properly belonging to
Their Majesties. He then returned the baldric signifying
his former station as Sylvan Bard during the Reign of Malcolm and
Tessa. Their Majesties then noted that They had in Their
possession certain property more properly belonging to Lord
Corwin, and presented the scroll commemorating his induction into
the Order of the Sycamore, done during the Reign of Malcolm and
Tessa. Scroll scrivened by Lady Sarra Moore, limning and
text by Lord Ardal of Antioch.
Their Majesties presented Lady Emilia Madigan Beniter the scroll
commemorating her induction into the Order of the Keystone at
Their Crown Tournament. Scroll scrivened by Lord Robert
l'Etourdi and limned by Her Excellency, Juliana Rosalia Dolce di
Siena.
Their Majesties created Emily of Dunvagen a Companion of the
Golden Alce for her prowess in the art of rapier combat.
Two scrolls were present: the first, scrivened by
Hrefna in heppna Thorgrimsdottir and limned by The Two Turnbulls;
the second, by THLady Antoinette de la Croix.
Their Majesties invited Their Earl Marshal, Sir Magariki Katsuichi
no Koredono into Their Court, and witnessed Lord Zuiryu no
Ariyajoti agree to become Sir Koredono's man at arms. Their
Majesties then created Lord Zuiryu no Ariyajoti a Companion of
the Golden Alce in recognition of his prowess at rapier and heavy
weapons combat. Scroll in haiku form by Maestra Giulietta

Their Majesties asked Lord Deryk Archer to attend Them, and spoke
fondly of his skill at making wines and cordials for Their
enjoyment and that of the populace. Being well pleased with
his efforts, They named Deryl Archer Royal Vintner to the Court
