Barony of the Endless Hills
The Report of the Court of Their Royal Majesties, Malcolm and Tessa,
King and Queen of Aethelmearc held on the 5th day of June AS 45 at
Melee Madness in the Barony of the Endless Hils, Their Excellencies
Gunnar and Barbary Rose, Baron and Baroness of the Endless Hills and
Their Excellencies Edward and Anastasie, Baron and Baroness of
Delftwood in attendance, THLord Brandubh Ó Donnghaile, Silver
Buccle.
Morning court at the Equestrian Arena.
Their Majesties called forward Their Equestrian Champions. Lady
Raghnailt in Eich came forward riding atop her steed bearing the
Queen’s Champion’s Banner, and Tiki the Steed of Viscountess Rannveigr
Haakonardottir was lead into the arena. Their Majesties then
called for Viscount Alexander Caithnes and lady Alexandra Caithnes to
attend who came forward bearing the banner of the King’s Equestrian
Champion. Alexander presented the banner to His Majesty as its
true bearer Viscountess Rannveigr was no longer with us to bear it, and
he offered his services to Their Majesties to serve as Marshal and
assist in the running of the tournament.
Afternoon Court.
Their Majesties called forward all the riders who had competed in the
games that day to vie for the titles of the Royal Champions. His
Majesty Malcolm stepped forward and announced that one rider had
clearly demonstrated superior skill and had amassed the most points
through the games, and that was the Lady Marcan an Fhasaigh. King
Malcolm offered her the banner and invited her to join the court as His
champion. Queen Tessa stepped forward and spoke that Her task had
been much harder. She had watched all the riders, and had
narrowly made her choice of the rider who displayed the most grace and
chivalry upon the field standing up to adversity and overcoming it, and
so She invited Lady Alexandra Caithnes to once more carry the Banner as
Queen’s Champion.
Baron Gunnar and Baroness Barbary Rose spoke further to the Riders, as
they had conducted their baronial Equestrian Championships that day as
well. Of the riders from the Barony of the Endless Hills
Lord Tigernach Mac Cathail had taken the top score, and they made him
their baronial champion.
Their Excellencies summoned Lady Juliana and Lord Tufa from the grill
and thanked them for providing such an excellent lunch for the
event. Juliana and Tufa in turn presented a chest containing $360
that they had raised to help finance the Barons Dinner at Pennsic.
Lord Tigernach Mac Cathail was called forward as the autocrat and
announced that one shower was now working at the horse barn.
Evening Court.
Their Majesties demanded the presence of Lady Megan the Mad. Lady
Megan was escorted into court and delivered into Their Majesties’
presence. She apologized for not being available when Their
Majesties had summoned her before. Their Majesties then inducted
Lady Megan into the Order of the Keystone for her unwavering service to
the fencing marshallate, and assisting at events. Scroll painted

Cailen Mac Kinnach was called forward and Award Arms for his service at
Shire Meetings in Sylvan Glen, and further he is a heavy fighter of no
mean skill and makes his own armor. Scroll limned by THLady

Their Majesties called for Myskia Nattfara. They had been well
pleased by her services to Delftwood as Chatelaine, helping in kitchens
and serving as a retainer for Their Excellencies and Majesties alike,

The Shire of Sylvan Glen was invited forward to pay their taxes.
The Shire members each processed in and deposited their taxes all
themed around the bounty of the apple harvest. Lady Margarita
d’Sienna then spoke of troubles that the shire had come upon. In
the fall as the next harvest time approaches, hostile forces threaten
to invade the Shire of Sylvan Glen at the Siege of Glengary, and they
begged Their Majesties’ assistance in defending their borders.
Their Majesties spoke that this event would not occur until after They
had passed the crowns to Their Hiers, and while They could not speak
for Their Hiers, They would Themselves attend the event with Their
Household and defend the borders of Aethelmearc.
Their Majesties called for Lord Richard de Derby and congratulated him
on his achievement in thrown weapons. Richard had officially
achieved and average score of 90.67 and so Their Majesties officially

Simona Evangelista de Fuscaldo was called and Awarded Arms for her
services to the Barony of Endless Hills as Choir Mistress, bard, and
hosting practices at her home. Scroll by Lady Isabella of Sylvan

Their Majesties called Felicia Eddy forward and praised her efforts
helping in feast kitchens, defending the realm with bow and arrow,
fletching her own arrows, and sewing garb. She had so impressed
Their Majesties with her myriad of activities that They were moved to

Dairmuid ap Mavi ap Briccuu was called forward and Awarded Arms for
Always making others feel welcome at events offering them his home
brew, for which he is the brewing champion of the Endless Hills.

Their Majesties invited Lord Po Silvertop of The Muses Call, Lady
Deianeira Rodriguez y Aragones of the Damascus Rose, Lord Stephan Verdi
Lulfskin of the Green Wolfs Pluck, and Captain Khristian Pykh of the
ESH Hargoth to attend as the Aetlantic fleet of border guards.
They stated that business had been good this season and wished to
present Their Majesties’ share of the booty.
Their Majesties called forward the Autocrats Lord Tigernach Mac Cathail
and Lord Po Silvertop, they thanked their staff and reminded everyone
that there were leftovers from feast for sale.
Their Majesties thanked the Autocrats and the populace for coming and
sharing in this great day.
