Shire of Hunters Home
The Report of the Court of Their
Royal Majesties Isenwulf and Rosalinda, King and Queen of Aethelmearc,
held at Their Coronation in Shire of Hunters Home on the 17th day of
September anno societatis 46, THLord Brandubh Ó Donnghaile,
Silver Buccle, with the Assistance of THLord Robert O’Connor.
Morning Court.
King Isenwulf stood alone on the dais and called for His Consort,
Princess Rosalinda of Castile, to attend Him. Princess Rosalinda
came forth and swore her oath of fealty to King Isenwulf upon the Sword
of State. He then removed from her the Coronet of the Heir and
placed the Crown of the Queen upon her head making her Queen Rosalinda.
Their Majesties then called for Their Parents to visit them, and called
Duke Christopher Rawlins and Duchess Morgen of Rye into Their
Court. They thanked Their Graces for their wise rule over the
kingdom and as a token of Their Thanks presented them with a scroll by
the hands of Lady Mary Elizabeth Clason upon a text by THLord Kameshima
Zentarou Umakai, to commemorate the completion of Their Graces’ Third
reign. Their Graces then begged the boon to be able to swear
their fealty to the kingdom at that time, and Their Majesties gladly
accepted it.
Their Majesties then received the oaths of the Great Officers of State
that they as the representatives of the kingdom would serve Their
Majesties and the Kingdom. Their Majesties then received the
oaths of the peerage orders promising in turn to uphold the chivalry,
arts and service upon which they were founded and to head the advice of
the Peers of the Realm. Their Majesties then swore their oaths to
populace of Aethelmearc to uphold the laws and the rights and
privileges granted by their ancestors.
Isenwulf and Rosalinda then received the Oaths of Baron Liam and
Baroness Constance of the Barony-Marche of the Debatable Lands, Baron
Caleb of the Barony of the Rhydderich Hael, and Baron Caoinlean of the
Barony of Saint Swithin’s Bog, and received gifts from each as
well. They in turn vowed to support and defend the peoples of
each Barony and all gentles of the Realm of Aethelmearc.
Their Majesties called forth THLord Fintan na Coilled and Baron Rodrigo
de Vega. Their Majesties had spoken at length with these gentles
and now installed them as the Captains of Her Majesty’s Guard.
They then tasked them with amassing a force that might ensure Her
Majesty’s Safety, and entrusted Her Majesty’s safety to them.
Isenwulf and Rosalinda then called for Baroness Anna Eisenkopf to
attend Them. They asked her if she was prepared to join Them as
Their Chamberlin, and then installed her into Their Reign Staff.
The Lineage of the Crowns of Aethelmearc was read and Isenwulf and
Rosalinda were presented to the Populace as the 29th Sovereigns of the
Sylvan Lands of Aethelmearc.
Their Majesties called forth Lady Aibell Shuluaine and inducted her
into the Order of the Cornelian for her years of gentle service
insuring that fighters eat and drink. She hosts far travelers in
her home, offers her pavilion to everyone on the list field, and does
everything with a gracious, courteous smile. Scroll by Maestra

Baroness Rynea von Ingen was called into Their Majesties’ Court and
installed as the Head Retainer to Isenwulf and Rosalinda.
Their Majesties then invited all present to attend Them as They Sat in
State that afternoon in the main hall.
Evening Court.
Their Majesties invited Their Marshal Champions forward and Baron Byron
of Haverford and Don Christian de Launey stood forth and cast their
gauntlets upon the ground to challenge any gentle who would dare to
challenge to right noble rule of Their Majesties Isenwulf and
Rosalinda. As none came forth to take up the challenge, Their
Majesties thanked Their Champions and invited them to rejoin Their
Court.
THLord Fintan na Coilled and Baron Rodrigo de Vega were called forth
and they presented the force that they had recruited to serve on Her
Majesty’s Guard. The new members of the guard swore to serve and
protect Her Majesty, and The Captains passed out baldrics to the new
members of the Guard and then sent them to their posts.
Their Majesties invited THLady Sabina of Kilkenney to attend Them as
the Autocrat of the Day. Sabina spoke that much fun had been had
by all during the day, there had been Thrown Weapons, Fencing and
Fighting. Sabina invited Lady Gabrielle de Winter the fencing
Marshal of the day who presented new buttons to Don Christian de Launey
who had proven the victor on the fencing field that day. She
further presented a rose medallion to Nicholas of Silva Vulcani as the
most chivalrous on the field that day. She further invited Isaac
to announce the winner of the heavy weapons, which proved to be Duke
Timothy of Arindale, and presented him with bruise oil.
The Order of the White Scarf begged a boon and came forward to present
Her Majesty Rosalinda with a White Scarf for her to wear as the patron
of their Order.
Their Majesties called THLord Robert O’Connor forward and invested him
as Kingdom Archivist.
Master Kyriel Hawkmoon was invited to attend Their Majesties. He
had served since the Principality of Aethelmearc as the Disabilities
Services Coordinator, and now had found a successor. Their
Majesties called Lady Katerina de la Marne to attend Them, and
installed her as the new Kingdom Disabilities Services Coordinator.
Their Majesties invited THLady Ysabeau Tiercelin to attend as Her
Majesty’s Equestrian Champion. Tiercelin gave her oath of fealty,
and Their Majesties invited her to continue to serve as Her Majesty’s
Equestrian Champion for the duration of Their Reign.
Nicola of Castile was called forward to attend Their Majesties.
They spoke to her that they had seen her labors, sewing garb for the
members of her household, cooking and serving as camp mom at
Pennsic. For all these reasons, They Awarded her Arms.

Their Majesties called forth Their Brute Squad and instructed them to
go forth and find Lady Stasha Sebastyn. They returned with her in
custody, and delivered her to Their Majesties, whereupon They inducted
her into the Order of the Sycamore for her skills at sewing clothes for

THLady Fredeburg von Katzenellenbogen was summoned before Their
Majesties. They had seen her clothing and her block printing, and
others had noticed her work as well, Their Majesties summoned the Order
of the Laurel and delivered unto her a writ of summons to appear before
Them at Queen’s Rapier Championship to answer whether she would accept
elevation to the Most Noble Order of the Laurel. Writ by Lady

Their Majesties summoned Sakeme Hiyo to attend Them. They had
known of his fighting skills on the heavy weapons field and had seen
him train new fighters, and for this They inducted him into the Order

Master Tofi Kerthjalfadsson and Countess Genevieve du Vent Argent
begged a boon. They presented a gift of silver rings to Their
Majesties so that they might give them as largess to gentles who
attract the notice of the crown. But Tofi went on to say that he
would also speak on the behalf of his apprentice THLord Brandubh
O’Donnghaile. He spoke that Brandubh had given many years to the
Kingdom, Barony of the Debatable Lands and College of Cour d’Or and had
served as herald, cook, brewer, and autocrat, and questioned Their
Majesties as to how They might reward such service. In answer
Their Majesties invited forth Maestra Giulietta da Venezia to read a
Writ of Summons directing Brandubh to attend Their Majesties at
Agincourt and answer as to whether he would accept elevation to the
Most Noble Order of the Pelican. Writ by the hand of Baroness

Their Majesties further required the presence of Master Huon
Damebrigge. They thanked Master Huon for decades of work in the
Kitchens of many kingdoms. He had produced more feasts than could
be counted, and trained so many cooks who had gone on to become peers
themselves, and so they directed him via writ to attend Them at
Agincourt to sit vigil and answer whether he would accept elevation
into the Most Noble Order of the Pelican. Writ by the hand of

Their Majesties invited Duc Henri d’Artois to attend Them. They
spoke to him of his long history of service at Gulf Wars, and invited
him once again to serve as the War Lord for the Aethelmearc Forces who
will travel to Gulf Wars. His Grace replied that he would indeed
take this charge and be proud to lead the forces once more on the great
crusade to Gulf Wars.
Their Majesties thanked all for attending Their Coronation and thanked
the event staff for hosting the event.
