1.  Alianor de Ravenglas - This conflicts with Honor of 
Restormel (reg. 11/1997 via Drachenwald), "Argent, a bend azure 
between two lozenges sable," with one CD for the type of
secondaries.  If your client is interested in pursuing permission
to conflict with Countess Honor, she can get in touch with me
at albion@drachenwald.sca.org, and I can put her in touch with
Her Excellency.

2.  Alicia Hennenberg - No conflicts found.

3.  Artán Bécc - The arms violate RfS VIII.2.b.iv, which says
that " Elements evenly divided into multiple parts of two different 
tinctures must have good contrast between their parts".

<Becc> (with no accent) can be found in Mari's "Annals Index"
(http://www.s-gabriel.org/names/mari/AnnalsIndex/), where it's
foudn 10 times between 568 and 1584.  This is the Old and Middle
Irish form; the Early Modern form is <Beag>.

5. Helena Lyncoln - Nice name!  Unfortunately, it conflicts with
<Elena of Lincoln> (reg. 01/1993 via the West).

6. Isabele of Dunbar - No conflicts found.

7.  Nikolai Bearslayer - This conflicts with Angrim the Unreasonable
(reg. 10/2000 via Artemisia), "Azure, on a pale between two bears 
combattant each maintaining a battle axe argent a tower azure," with
one CD for the cumulative changes to the tertiaries.

8.  Rashid al-Tayyib - The blazon can be simplified to "Argent,
two gophers cournat contourny and a gopher courant proper."

9.  Uesugi Kutarou Ietoyo - This is clear of Marion Forester (reg. 04/
2005 via the Middle), "Vert semy of dragonflies argent," with one CD
for the number and one for the orientation of the dragonflies.  This
was the closest I found.
