able to do any more commentary before the deadline; here's all I
had time to get to.

3: Eilionóra Ghorm inghean Phaidín - No conflicts found with the arms.

5: Grímkell Bogsveigir - According to current precedent, the byname
should not be capitalized.  No conflicts found with the name.

The submitter needs to be told how to properly draw "per chevron".
The arrow is in its default for an arrow fesswise, so "point to sinister"
can be dropped from the blazon.  No conflicts found with the arms.

7: Katherine Wert - No conflicts found with the name or arms.

8: Mariana Maria Pietrosanti - No conflicts found with the arms.

9: Pavel Dudoladov - No conflicts found.

10: Rhiannon of Ravenglass - This is clear of Chiara della Luna (reg.
08/2002 via the Outlands), "Sable, a crescent and on a chief argent 
three ermine spots gules," with a CD for the orientation of the primary
and one for the changes to the tertiary.  That's the closest I found.

11: Rígnach inghean uí Chonaill - No conflicts found with the arms.

12: Robert l'Etourdi - Vs. Nigel the Byzantine (reg. 10/1995 via Caid),
"Purpure bezanty and a chief Or," there's a CD for the field and one for
adding the tertiaries.  But it ocnflicts with Corinne of Grenvelt (reg.
07/1997 via Atenveldt), "Vert, nine roundels arranged as a lozenge, on 
a chief Or, six roundels in fess gules," with just a CD for the changes to
the tertiaries.

13: Thorgrim Varghosson - The rest of the blazon is missing, and the
relative arrangement of the charges needs to be given: "Sable, two
boar's heads erased addorsed and on a bordure Or three crosses crosslet 
fitchy sable".  No conflicts found.

The documentation does not support the byname.  <o> and <o,> are not
interchangable in Norse; this should be corrected to <Vargh{o,}ss>.
