Icelandic given name with Finnish byname.  Check SMP or Viking Answer Lady for ‘Bera’
 
3: Catherine of Oakden - New Household Name
OSCAR finds the name registered exactly as it appears in February of 2003, via Æthelmearc.

Unsure if this is passable as is.  There is no evidence that this is the medieval name for this route nor that people in medieval times would name themselves after a route. 
 
4: Ciara de Ros - New Name & New Device

Otherwise, we find no problems with the name. 
 
Device:
Re-copy the black and white, and re-color with marker.  Is this indented? There may be precedent for dancety chiefs to be blazoned indented.
