2. Was this a re-sub because it is replacing item #1, or is there another reason?   We do not note a conflict.  But, we are confused as to it's variety of resubmission.

4. I am afraid I do not have enough knowledge of Welsh naming practices to comment on this one.  And, none of our other heralds wished to hazard an opinion off the cuff.
 
5. We believe this one should be redrawn.  The crescents are difficult to discern from any distance.  We see no conflict with the device.
 
6. We see no conflicts with name.  We met prior to the change of device.  Therefor, our note is a reflection of the black cross over the blue roundel was too close in colour.
 
7. We find Steffan Wulfshaven a close miss for name.  We suspect that Tryggvi Grabardr Olsen is a conflict for device.  Is a double headed green snake different enough from a red amulet?  They appear very similar.
