While I'm concerned about documenting the Grecian name being made
into a Roman cognomen, I'm willing to take chance.

1. The claim that the given name is a German variant based on a

given name to the form found in Gillespie.

We have been unable to recreate the links cited on the Pennsic
worksheet. However, we forward this in hopes that the learned CoA
members will be able to help us.
I believe that the mogen David is accepted as a charge that, in
essence, is not considered to be voided, just as a triquetra is not
considered to be voided. Thus, this should not be subject to the
precedent cited by Ary. We'll see what Laurel says.
