Originally submitted as Asmé Scales, however none of the internal commentators could document it. The submitter stated that she will not accept major changes, however she will accept Esmé if need be. The problem is that the name is masculine and she wishes to be female. I am pending the name until I verify that she still wants the name even if it is masculine.
Esmé - Withycombe, pg. 106 cites Esmé dated to 1542. The submitter prefers Asmé, but will accept the documented form if need be.
Scales - Black, pg. 711 dated 1626, Reaney & Wilson, (sn. Scales) dates 'de Scales' to 1281.
"Argent, on a chevron Or fimbriated azure between four feathers two and two, three roundels gules." No conflicts were found, however the feathers are not recognizable as such and do not match the standard depictions in PicDic. The chevron fimbriated looks like three chevrons conjoined. The submitter will be asked to redraw this emblazon using standard feathers and narrower fimbriations.

Brann - O'C&M (sn. Bran) gives the spelling Bran. The submitter would prefer two n's, but will accept one if necessary.
MacNaughton - Black, (sn. MacNaughton) gives this as a header form, dates various spellings from 1247 on.

"Casa" means "house". This is clearly a household name, however there is no submission for the name nor any indication that the name is already registered or to who. Household badges must be submitted on badge forms, not device forms. The donkey needs to be larger.
"Or, on a mountain purpure, a donkey Or."

Ciar - Originally submitted as Ceara, the submitter proposed Ceara as a feminine version of St. Ciaran, as cited in O'Corrain, Donnchach & Maguire, Fidelma's Irish Names. However, in Gaelic Personal Names by the same authors, there is a citation for St. Ciar, the virgin patroness of KilIkeary. Both Ciar and Ciaran are from 'ciar' meaning 'dark, black'. The submitter allows for minor changes, but not major ones.
McMillan - Header in Black, Surnames of Scotland. McMillan is an Argyllshire family name dating to 1100.
"Per bend azure and gules, a dragon's head erased facing sinister, a bordure argent." The dragon is neither a dragon's head nor a demi-dragon. If it were a dragon's head it wouldn't have wings, if it were a demi-dragon it would have forelegs. It is not erased, but couped. The central charge needs to be larger to fill the space and the bordure needs to be thicker.

Denys - This gentle wishes his name to be accepted as he is called. There is of course, St. Denys of Paris. I pointed out to him that I found Denys as a feminine name, he said he did not care. Therefore, I submit a Denys Burden named in the will of John Credy Esq. of London (1426) from The Fifty Earliest English Wills in the Court of Probate London 1387-1439. Furnivall, Frederick, ed., Trubner & Co. Device: "Per pale sable and argent, a Celtic cross on a sun counterchanged, all within a bordure counterchanged." His previous submission, with tinctures reversed, was returned for conflict with Jennet of Twominds "Per pale argent and sable, a sun in his splendor throughout of the field, rayed and featured counterchanged."
Badge: "Per saltire argent and gules, an armorer's hammer palewise contourny sable." The colored emblazon had the black hammer against the white portion of the field. However, the blazon incorrectly reversed the tinctures and I didn't notice the switch until it was already in print. My apologies to anyone I confused and a free Dagonell point to anyone who made the catch. :)
