1. Æthelmearc, Kingdom of – New badge accepted
[Fieldless] On an open scroll fesswise enarched gules the words "verba volant scripta manet," overall an escallop Or.
Although we were concerned about the use of an overall charge on a fieldless badge, we believe that the escallop does not obscure the underlying scroll, making it registerable.
2. Arabella MacGrath – New device accepted
Quarterly azure and Or, two fleurs-de-lys azure.
3. Caireann Ó Mórdha– New name and new device returned
Per pale azure and argent, an open book between three suns counterchanged.
Unfortunately, without further evidence neither <Cairenn> or <Caireann> is registerable, as the entirety of the Ó Corráin & Maguire entry refers to the ..."legendary ancesstress of the high-kings of Ireland." Without non-legendary evidence, the name is unregisterable.
As the name is being returned, we are forced to return this lovely device as well.

Argent, on a chevron gules between three wolves’ heads erased sable, three chess rooks argent.
