Unto Ailis Linne, Garnet Herald, and Roana d’Evreux, Cornelian Herald, and the College of Heralds of Æthelmearc, greetings from Lucien d’Artois.
Included are my comments on the Æthelmearc Internal Letter of Intent #66, dated March 1, 2003 (A.S. XXXVII)
1. Bastiano di Iacopo. Device. Vert, an amphora and a chief rayonny.
I found no conflict with this device.
2. Caitríona M'Gilledoroughe. Device. Vert, a panther sejant argent spotted sable within a bordure argent.
I found no conflict with this device.
3. Cellach mac Toimín. Device. Gules, a crossbow argent within an orle of pheons Or.
I found no conflict with this device.
4. Deryk Archer. Device. Per pale sable and Or, a goblet between three pheons counterchanged.
I found no conflict with this device.
5. Gareth Craig. Argent, a badger rampant sable marked argent between three standing balances vert.
I found no conflict with this device.
6. Lochlainn mac Faoláin Bán. Device. Per pale azure and argent, a chevron between three wolves' heads erased counterchanged.
I found no conflict with this device.
7. Lorenz Butterman. Device. Per saltire indented sable and pean.
Name registered 10/02 (via Æthelmearc). I found no conflict with this device. The only issue I have with this device is the tinctures. I haven't seen the color emblazon, but with sable and pean, which is a sable background, is there going to be an identifiability issue with the field division? I took the little mini-emblazon and colored it in, and I couldn't see the field division anymore.
8. Rose Thorne. Device. Gules, a rabbit sejant cotourny regardent and a chief dovetailed argent.
Name registered 11/92 (via East). I found no conflict with this device.
